Some of these may have already been brought up, but let's continue anyway...
1. If you have blood on you, you should be able to write in the Death Note regardless of having a Pencil or not.
2. If a someone's name is written in the Death Note, and their death is scheduled at 5 AM, if their name is written again (in any Death Note), they will not die until 5 AM.
2.5. I tested this myself when no one was online and it was Death Note Mode. It was 6 PM. I wrote my name for 8 PM in one Death Note, and kept the time at 0 in the other. I died in forty seconds, meaning it broke the rules of the Death Note.
"When the same name is written on more than two Death Notes, the note which was first filled in will take effect, regardless of the time of death."
3. You should be able to tear pieces from the Death Note. A torn page from the Death Note will simply be called "Paper" in the user's inventory.
4. For the Shinigami Eyes, everyone should have numbers above their heads as well as their names. When a Death Note is used successfully, the numbers will disappear from the user's head.
5. The Death Note should have a command to obtain the Shinigami Eyes. By doing so, the person who makes this deal will die within the next in-game hour.
5.5. If the deal has already been made, and the person who made the deal is still alive, another player cannot make the deal with the same Death Note until that player has died.
6. Kira's Death Note should have a name in it when the game begins. Just a random name that would be the Teacher's, next to it saying "Suicide". This can create great RP possibilities.
7. When you write a name in the Death Note, it should bring up a list of mobs. You have to choose what mob goes with what name. This is perfect for the rules of the Death Note. It would also prevent Eyes from going on the Computer and just having all of the names broadcasted. Eyes can still do that, but Kira will have lower chances of matching the names with the faces.
"This note will not take effect unless the writer has the person's face in their mind when writing his / her name."
7.A. If you get the name and face wrong, the Death Note will not tell you. It will simply count as an error. If you make three errors using the same name, whoever has that name will not be killable by the Death Note. Same for if you get the same face wrong three times. If the writer gets one of the two wrong four times, the writer will die.
7.B. I am fully aware that in the anime, live action movie, and manga, the rules state four mistakes, not three. But four wouldn't really happen very often. Three would be better for RP purposes. The last sentence however, does match the anime, live action movie, and manga!
8. THIS IS ONLY IF MASKS, OR OTHER THINGS THAT CAN CONCEAL YOUR FACE ARE ADDED IN! By wearing something that conceals your face, someone with the Shinigami Eyes will not be able to see your lifespan, or your name.
