No, no, I wasn't referring to the rules at all when I said that 'they' ruined the game rounds. I meant the players.
I don't see how I was griefing the round as a whole by attacking several boys and killing one boy. There was already one witch targeting me and I was at 0% HP pretty quickly after all of my fighting (mostly because of rob). I would have spawned another witch before being able to get another person to half of their health.
As you say, I truly don't care about being unbanned, however I would like to know the 'other problems'. I don't recall any other time in the past where I've broken rules. Ever. Unless constant reporting on valid rulebreaking is considered griefing now?

Yes, hello, another of your "hypocrites" here, just gonna point out a few little issues with your argument from my end.


I personally was left unaware of this case, but can you give me a little more info on this case? People escaping with an important role (and in general) only falls under the 'starticide' rule within the first hour or so of the game, so if this had happened close to 8PM in round, that would actually... technically be legal. Frowned upon, but legal. The only way it would be a broken rule would be if it was a blatant attempt to grief on their part.

This is a slippery slope I abs-fucking-lutely do not want to get into on the forums, because I personally do not agree with the stance nor do I want to accidentally encourage it. The short version I can give you is that they were banned explicity for RK, and I did not agree with their unbanning. They have caused trouble in the past and it was a blatant attempt to grief on their part on top of the RK. Having said that now, good luck to the rest of you mods, since I can no longer deal with Zaku myself.

There are... so many issues within this statement that it boggles me.
1) They were not banned on an 'assumption'. It was determined their actions appeared to be RK as well as potential griefing. This was compounded by their ignoring warning from the staff.
2) This is not a 'recent case', Kouma. These four were banned at the beginning of February. They've had over two months, and are just now coming forth for an unban.
3) They have not been unbanned yet. Tawheed was asked to make a new account and a new thread due to their hacking accusations. To the best of my knowledge we're waiting on that. As well, each should be posting their own threads, but I digress.
4) They are not being unbanned because it was recognized as a mistake to ban them in the first place. They are being unbanned because there was a general misconception in their understanding of their own ban, and their seeming maturity in handling the discussion of their ban.

Now, with number four in mind, I want you to consider your own thread for a moment. By your own accounts, you have no desire to be unbanned. Thus, there is no reason to even really respond to this thread. This is a forum for being unbanned. It's a waste of time, and makes it abundantly clear that you only wish to complain. If you have complaints, please take them to the General Forum where by all means they belong.

You were, to the best of my knowledge, banned for two things. The first of which you touched upon, was the griefing which is not entirely accurate. While I am certain you do not understand, it is best I explain it to you. While your argument of it being your wish is... noble, this is not how wishes function within Madoka mode, or the franchise. A wish is granted immediately upon making the wish. You do not carry out your own wish, it is automatically granted. Thus, your wish was an impossibility from the start. In Madoka mode, a magi's role is to fight the witches, nothing more or less. They do not carry out their own wish, and in general should not be killing other people for no reason. Thus, in actuality, because your 'reasoning' for killing all boys was invalid from the start, your infraction technically falls under RK.

As for the second thing... While I understand that this was a tense situation, your immediate reaction was to act in a very disrespectful way towards a moderator. I myself witnessed your doing so, Kouma, and while I did not save logs of it myself, I did happen to keep this little nugget;

Sarah talked to us before making any decision, and thus it was not a one person decision. It was decided that due to the immaturity you had shown in responding to the issue, and blatant disrespect towards the moderators, both of which falling under rule 1, a temporary ban would be best implemented in order to give you a few days to cool off. Allow me to make one thing clear; we are volunteers, not paid employees, and regardless disrespect is not to be tolerated from either side.

If you feel you have been disrespected by a mod without provocation, talk to them to the side about it or alert another mod to the situation. Respect must be given from both sides for the game to prosper. Thus, if you show us seemingly unprovoked disrespect, you will be reprimanded accordingly. As you had effectively committed RK and proceeded to show disrespect in the face of punishment, that is what led to your ban.

While I will not take from Sarah her ability to make her own judgement on her own case, at this time I do not believe your conduct has shown you deserving of an unban. I apologize, but your actions in blatantly disregarding the point of this forum in order to pick a fight have only proven to me that you are not yet ready to be unbanned.
