Instead of editing the other thread I figured I would just separate things, making this a more simple suggestion and take base around another skills to do it.
Fighter: (20 Points)
The damage of a fighter weapon is not reduced even if the user is dual wielding, you get a second fist. May stun the target while attacking with fighter weapons.
Swordsman: (20 Points)
Increase the damage dealt while using swords by 12%, stamina cost decreased by 8%.
Comparing the actual ones with another skill:

Where the points were based in: Razor Edge/Blunt Mastery. As there are 8(or 9) Razor weapons and 11(or 12) Blunt weapons that can be obtained in every mode (Not sure if the knuckle is razor or blunt though). It gives the user 1% damage for each 1 point.
Fighter works for 2 weapons in the game, meanwhile Swordsman works for something betwen 2 and 4 (At this point I am not even sure what is considered a sword anymore).
For the actual masteries fighter is giving +0.83% damage for 1 point and Swordsman is giving +0.083%(lol) damage for 1 point, but with RNG factor added.
Fighter with a 1/20 chance of doing a strong stun, at this point it is pretty much RNG, and Swordsman with a stamina cost reduction worth of -0.55% for 1 point.
What you have for Swordsman will most likely be a billhook, I am not sure if it works with bokken, but if it does a little + for working with a non-lethal weapons, Alodite probally ain't gonna heappen.
For Fighter you have Fists (4 non-lethal damage) and Cable Knuckles (2 lethal damage), I would say it is not that easy to get two cable knuckles, and originally you only start with only one fist too so no dual attacking with fists.

Points with the suggested changes:
Fighter gives a prevention of losing -1.65% damage each point if dual wielding, also gets a second fist. May(unknown chance) stun the target for a short period of time(unknown time). - Would suggest a higher chance with a lower time stun.
Swordsman gives +0.6% damage and -0.4% stamina cost each point.
Both still works with way less weapons than Razor Edge/Blunt Mastery.
