I'm looking for someone who can create gamemodes (and possibly maps) for Misuterii High. I am willing to pay money per mode, as long as bugfixes and such do not cost additional money. If you are interested in helping me with this, please post how much it'd cost for your services.

You're free to do whatever you want with your own money, but..
Like, I don't know much about coding at all, and I made some custom modes. It's really not hard if you read and do the tutorials..
And there are people willing to help you out, like Shi's topic on this board, for example.
Or just ask someone on a server. I mean, plenty of people check the forums regularly..
You can ask me, too, I'd try to help.
But ultimately it's up to you.

Thanks for the advice! I tried reading the tutorials, and they made no sense to me... I'm more of an iconner than a coder, sadly!
