This isn't exactly a very good guide. . . But it's a guide!

Step One:
Go to the game's hub. Find the [Zip] hyperlink. Clicking this should allow you to download the most current version of the hosting files, or at least a version with the Update verb. (If it is the later, the game will alert you that you need to update by clicking Update in the host tab)
Step Two:
After downloading, you unzip the folder. I unzip it to my desktop for easy access for the next step.
Step Three:
After you've unzipped it, presumably to the place of your choice, open the BYOND pager and find the cog in the top corner. Click it and select 'Open Dream Daemon'. Find the folder by clicking the ... button on the Daemon to browse your files. You will select Misuterii Revamped.dmb in the Misuterii Revamped file folder. Then, you will select the 'Go' button. Without proper portforwarding set up, you will get this:

BYOND hub reports port 2500 cannot be reached by players.
If you just so happen to have set up your portforwarding, you'll likely get something like this:BYOND hub reports port 2500 can be reached by players.
If you got the first option, proceed to the next step.
If you got the second option, then your server is hostable for others to join, so proceed to log in and set up your server settings.
Step Four:
Hosting almost always requires Portforwarding. You will need to log into your router in this step. Most routers default usernames and passwords are 'admin' for the user name and 'password' for the password. (Sometimes admin for the password as well) If you find you cannot log into your router, then this step will not help you until you can.
After logging into your router, you should find the selection titled "Port Forwarding/Port Triggering". (Usually in advanced settings somewhere) After finding it, select it and click the button that says "Add Custom Service".
SERVICE NAME: BYOND
TYPE: TCP/UDP
ANY PORT NUMBERS.
After setting it up, enter your port of choice into BYOND's port selection on the Dream Daemon. Press Go. If it comes up green, you're ready to host. Log in and set up your server.
Also, if your router just so happens to be very different and you find it very hard to find portforwarding on it and set it up. Check portforward.com's port forwarding guides.
I know what you're thinking: "So that's how I host a server. But how do I manage it?"
Well, upon logging in you'll see your usual Stats and Commands tab, along with a host/minihost/admin tab. In the STATS tab there will be some things you might be used to if you hosted Mitadake: A Blue sphere with 'Options' beside it and the green check mark that says 'Start'.
Click the Blue Sphere to set up your server's game and internal options.
Game Mode - changes the current game mode.
Hour Duration - changes the hour duration for the server.
Lethality Level - changes the base damage of most weapons.
Crowd Control - contains many options to control the player-base on your server, such as:
Attack Delay - time a player must wait before attacking.
Hoard Delay - time a player must wait before looting items. (Also includes special items instead of normal items)
Item Limit - allows set item limit for listed item.
Maximum Players - maximum players allowed in a round.
Halloween Mode - enables Halloween mode (random chances of player ghosts and vampires in all modes)
Public Changing of Maps and Modes - enables the special tab, which allows players to change the map and mode.
Functionality - more options to control your server player base and game functions.
Computer - enables or disables computer and roster functionality.
Tapes - enables and disables the tapes and cameras.
Multikeying - enables and disables multikeying.
Item Spawn Rate - edits the chance certain items will spawn.
Autopolling - toggles the autopoll for modes.
Autohost - enables autohosting for rounds.
Change Map - allows swapping between the Default and Mitadake maps, and custom maps.
After you've done that, you can check out your host tab.
Here you'll find commands for managing your server. These should mostly be self explanatory and will be useful for moderating your server. If you must go AFK and wish to have someone you trust manage your server, SET/REMOVE MINIHOST is the verb to apply minihosts, whom are players with the ability to manage the server just as well as you.
Custom Mode Upload is pretty easy. You should upload the files in the way they're shown on the selection (For example, if you select 'With Music and Picture', you would upload it like this: .ms, .ogg, .dmi) Also, you upload the dependencies last. (Though I think you can do it first if you wish, and these usually are the Start.ms and End.ms and any other files that're associated with the mode and used for it)
Uploading a Custom map. . . This is actually very, very easy. You click the .mhm first, then the object file when prompted. If you have any map dependencies, upload them via the "Upload Map Dependencies" choice (otherwise you'll end up with a custom mode, not a custom map dependency) and then it should run fine, even with other custom modes.
If you're prompted to update your game, you may do so by clicking the "Update" verb, which will update and then reboot. Courtesy reboot reboots once a round has ended and Emergency reboot reboots instantly. Also please remember to host on 'Trusted' when having minihosts, or you'll have to be active.
Lastly, Send PM helps you privately chat to a person whom is filing a report by selecting their name under 'Send PM' you can message them pretty much anything. However, other minihosts and admins may see any PMs you send. Also, MChat allows you to privately speak to all active moderators of a server.
Thank you for your time and happy hosting!
