It was a normal day in Misuterii.
Not a single cloud was out of place.
Yet at six pm on one evening.
It seems something went too fast-paced.
"A Dead body has been spotted on the grounds today."
I heard that announcement at the same time,
The metal doors shut to put us in our grave.

Staring up at the ceiling,
It almost seemed like a dream.
The classmate nearby didn't say a word!
When I stood up to leave, to say goodbye,
A voice stopped me before I could try,
"Hey, is this a joke, or is it real?"
How would I really know?
So when we left that place.
When we came to the courtyard, face to face,
A murder was infront of us.
How was I supposed to act!?
It took a moment for us to notice,
But then soon everyone was panicking.
What are we to do? Where are our teachers?
Why are we lost? Who is our preacher?
I didn't know that at that time,
one of us was soon to be dead.
I just silently prayed that I would be fine,
So it'll be alright, that's right?

Upon calming down, we all sat and talked.
We had no idea where to walk.
Maybe if we were smarter we'd find out.
So when another person walked behind us,
I thought that I could trust,
But when they took out a knife,
I knew that I needed to run.
Behind me, I heard the screams,
"Please let me out! Don't kill me!"
I wanted to do something, but I was too cowardly!
When I heard the shouts of the students,
They were crying, they were horrified,
Just one person was the killer,
Or did they have an accomplice?
As the thoughts kept rushing towards me,
I didn't even know where I was running to.
So when I found myself in a dark room,
It felt like it was out of the blue.
Turning back around, I saw the killer,
They were standing there, covered head to toe in red.
They smiled right back at me, and I knew that time, I really would be dead.
<I'm So Sorry!>
"You run fast, don't you know it?
If you took a right, then maybe you would have survived."
That is what they said before they stepped forward,
That gleaming knife still in their grasp.
I know that I was a selfish person,
I never helped, all I ever did was run away.
So the next time that I come across this place,
If I remember the way that it all should be,
Instead of watching us all be dead-
Maybe I'll save them instead.
