Mistuterii High Steins Gate mode
Alright, so the school is in lock down from the recent murder of a individual in the courtyard, and it is up to a single hero who has the ability to instantly remember things across world lines. This may sound like a strange way to go about things, but the game is over when the teacher never was murdered in the first place (When the IBN-5100 is activated when all SERN AGENTS were defeated with total victory status), The IBN-5100 is missing in action (Antagonist leaves the school with the IBN-5100 in his arms with total victory status), when all NON SERN agents are dead (Antagonist only wins if the protagonist activated the IBN-5100 to count as total victory) or a stalemate(Time ran out because the protagonist didn't do his role properly)

The IBN-5100 is the key to time travel that must be a object added to the game. Once the IBN-5100 has been set to the microwave, all the protagonist has to do is send message with his PDA at the hour of his/her choice where a predetermined save point during this game mode has set.
Now we understand the multiple endings and scenarios that can or can't happen depending if the IBN-5100 was activated or not, lets be technical about it. How on earth will this time travel work? The IBN-5100 only works backward in the anime, so its impossible to instantly end the game unless both SERN agents were eliminated in the same timeline with the IBN-5100 is activated before the stalemate occurs. Every in game hour the location of all mobs, objects and messages beforehand are saved before the IBN-5100 ever reaches the Microwave. There are many ways of doing this like reloading the point the protagonist chooses with memory based coding or maybe even resetting the entire server to load halfway during the game instead of bringing voting for a new game.

If you don't want to have the game to actually progress backwards, then I guess it will be a game of getting the IBN-5100 to the microwave so that humanity doesn't go extinct, and eliminating the SERN Agents while Activating the IBN-5100 again afterward to prevent the teachers death. Maybe there could be a book or paper that is another source of time travel data that requires to be destroyed to spice this game mode up a notch without the possibility of time travel. SPOILER ALERT: KETCHUP MIGHT BE USEFUL IN THIS MODE.
I know time travel in high school seems a radical idea, but try telling that to the main character of Steins Gate who turned his microwave into a time machine combined with a phone and IBN-5100(The mystical ancient computer made in the 1950's) when he could barely afford his rent or food with a fat guy and a little girl helping him with his experiments.
