Yo all. Here's the guide for Ookami Mode. So, this mode is all about a wolf kid, an Ookami, a kid with an animal spirit inside of them, and their mother, the teacher. She was killed, unfortunately. Which causes a lot of grief to the wolf kid, obviously. There's also a hunter, called a Pursuer, who is the killer of this mode. They have an awesome weapon, and their mission is to take out the whole school. Here are the role texts: You are the Pursuer! You are the youngest in a family of spirit hunters, a people who have long held a hatred for the animal spirits in this world who can assume human form. Two months ago, you tracked down and killed a mature Ookami. Unluckily, he had a family, who, also unluckily, managed to hide themselves from you. But you quickly picked their scent up, found out their routine and whereabouts, and subsequently killed the mother, who happened to be a teacher at the same school their child attended. You left the creature's body in the courtyard of said school and made a mad dash to wash the evidence away. However, you've been caught out by the school's security system and now you're trapped with a whole bunch of students. Luckily, you've been undercover as a student, so you're perfectly disguised. However, there is still a disgusting Ookami among you, and you can't stop until you kill them. There's also the issue of animal spirits being revealed to the world, and you can't have that. Your only choice is to kill everyone and wipe away the evidence. It's a good thing you have your spirit crossbow, which draws power from your own energy, to aid you. It's going to be a long night. You are the Ookami!
You were born half-wolf, half-human. When in Ookami form you have enhanced strength and stamina. You can change your form at will, however, shyness and fear deter you from revealing your wolf form to others. You were living a peaceful life with your family, but two months ago your father was brutally murdered. You're unsure of why and by whom exactly, but your mother said that you both had to go into hiding, and that someone was after you, and that she wouldn't let anything happen to you. Two weeks ago you transferred schools, and now attend Misuterri, where your mother works as a teacher. She's supposed to be working here tonight, the only teacher in school, and you were going to meet her. But now some announcement has come on and informed everyone of a dead body, and you're unsure of what that means. Did the pursuer find you? Is your mother okay? There's no telling what this is about, but it may be you'll have to use your unique abilities tonight, though the thought may frighten you.
You are an Ookami! (The Animal Spirit)
You were born half-wolf, half-human. You have an extremely strong bond with the animal spirit inside of you, and are aware of their presence as a seperate entity sharing your body. When in Ookami form you have enhanced strength and stamina. You can change your form at will, however, how people react might deter you from revealing your wolf form to others. Earlier, you saw someone with the teacher in the courtyard. You heard a weird sound, and you ran out without looking. You don't really know what's going on tonight, but what you do next is up to you.
There are also two other roles that have a random chance of spawning. Please refer to their role text if you get one of them.
Onto . . . Special Abilities
The Ookami has a wolf claw that is almost as fast as a knife but does more damage. When the Ookami equips their 'wolf claw', they are actually transforming into their wolf form for everyone to see, so be aware of that. They also regenerate stamina at a slightly faster rate. The Pursuer has their Spirit Crossbow, which draws from their own energy to launch mystical arrows. It fires from a three-tile range, and does a lot of damage. As mentioned, it does take a chunk of stamina. The Animal Spirit has access to two different weapons, the wolf claw and the wolf fang, which are both apart of their wolf form. The wolf fang is much faster, but does less damage and has less range than the wolf claw. Roleplaying Tips The Ookami just lost their last remaining relative, trapped with a killer in a school they're new to. How do you think they'd feel? Scared? Dangerous, aggressive, maybe panicked? Roleplay it out how you'd like! The Pursuer is the youngest member of their family, just learning the ropes, this being one of their first assignments. They're probably a little nervous and unsure of themselves. Or maybe they're confident and arrogant? Roleplay whatever makes sense to you! The Animal Spirit is a freelance role. They are allowed to kill anyone and everyone, or do nothing. They're someone who's lived with another existence inside of them their whole life, and should be roleplayed with that in mind. Mode version 4 released to the public for any server to host. Spirit Magic removed from this version, but all other recent changes implemented.
Stay tuned for more updates in future.

Ookami RebalanceSince Vee isn't around and portions of the game have been changed, and parts of Mystery Script are incompatible or don't work properly, I have updated Ookami. I have also applied a few balances to roles to make it more fair to normal students in the game and to the heavily outnumbered Hunters. Changes:- Hunters no longer have an extreme range, nor do Ookami.- Hunters and Ookami's weapons have had their weapon damage reduced and now are closer to the alondite and billhook, respectively.- Gave the hunters a small health boost, and tweaked their spawn rates. The Spirit Hunter will spawn less now unless there are more people.Fixes:- The Nature Spirit will no longer go unconscious. A bug with Knockout would cause them to stay that way permanently.- The Nature Spirit now has MaxHealth implemented to boost their health bar, so injecting them will not reduce their health.- Ookami had no delay nor stun with their weapons. This allowed them to spam attack people.- The Spirit Hunter had a 70% spawn rate no matter the amount of people in the game, this has been nerfed to 35% unless there are enough people for all Ookami to spawn.Download: Ookami X v1.0
Notice: Some sound or icon files may not work. If the original Ookami files are working, I have not changed the way the game accesses those icons nor their names. So if you previously had Ookami and the sound and icon files are working, you should NOT upload any of the dependencies except for the START and END files.

I can agree with several of these, as that's how it was intended. For instance, Wolf Claws/Fang were not supposed to be spammable and originally had a delay. Their range is also more suitable now. Bug fixes are also perfectly fine, good job. And spawn rate adjustments are good.
However, I disagree with most of the nerfs, as in the power level for all weapons and range for the hunter weapons, which I feel goes against the spirit of the mode. Hunters are and were always meant to be OP. They have extreme range and kill power for intense stamina drain. Ookami are also supposed to be extremely dangerous killing machines.
All this said, I won't tell you to change anything. Especially as I have not seen it played out, to do so would be unfair. I respect the temperament that went into these updates. Also Bloody, if you'd like to help me add a couple unfinished but planned features to the mode as well, I would be happy to work with you. They're simple things honestly, but I'm no coder, so when I encountered problems, (aka messed up pfft) I was not the best person to solve them.
This is a new version of Ookami that I'll trust Bloody on. You did a pretty good job, too.

In fact, I'll just post some planned features, in case anyone ever is interested in implementing them. I suspect I simply made them too complicated in the first place, so cutting back might be the answer. Planned Additions: Hunters
Two new skills for Hunters, which take stamina. Originally meant to implement kill point system, allowing hunters to accumulate points to allow them to use these skills, and also to increase in effect if they had more, according to how many players they've killed. If seriously toned down however, they could be small buffs for Hunters for a limited time at a cost of stamina. - Chant of Pursuit - Hunter gains a speed buff for a small period of time in exchange for stamina. - Healing Spell - Hunter gains a small amount of health for a larger amount of stamina. Has very high cooldown. Oh, and if they'd killed Ookami, it'd greatly increase the effect, however such a thing was way beyond my ability. Animal Spirit
- Bestial Rage - A skill that I had a lot planned for, but when I tried implementing, was a mess. ; When used, the Spirit suffers a health cut, (around 25%?) and gains a small period of time where they gain massive damage and speed buffs. Easy, right? However, I wanted this, when activated, to change the messages from the spirit, according to a counter which recorded how many times said skill was used. When used more often, the messages became more violent and murderous. To counteract this, I revamped the initial messages to be much more peaceful. All Ookami- Track Scent - Might've been split into two skills, or have a choice when activated. Choose 'Pick Up Scent' or 'Track'. The former would choose a player within a certain range and keep that as the target until another was selected. The latter would indicate in which direction and/or how close/far away the target was. That's it. None of these are necessary, so I haven't worked on them recently. But if anyone wants to try, you have my support. Even simpler versions would be fine. So yeah, just putting these out there.
