Right now, the Dead Apostle basically dies at 9AM every single Tsukihime round out of lack of blood, because getting 100% satisfaction before 9AM is pretty damn hard. Right now, I haven't seen one single Tsukihime round where the Dead Apostle survived the first three hours, and I don't really think it's good that the round's most antagonistic role almost invariable dies in the beginning, so I think we should either nerf or remove the Dead Apostle's dependance on blood.

Then you haven't been playing too much. It's pretty easy for the dead apostle to get the blood they need: Beat up the teacher's corpse or beat up themselves. They could also beat up another student or find someone willing to let them. The first two and the very latter are all 'heroic' types of dead apostle and are played quite often, it's very easy for the apostle to survive, the players just die too often because they go AFK or someone decides to not let them out of their sight because they're either Meta-y or wanting to RP too hard. I've survived every round I've been the dead apostle (3!) and it wasn't as hard as you think. And all times I did the three most suggested ways of survival. The reason the dead apostle is dependent on blood is due to the fact that they're the main killer of the mode, the secondary killer is the true ancestor, whom may chose to or not to kill. The dependency on blood balances out the fact that when they're drinking blood, they do 1 damage per second and the fact that they can long-shot you with an entity.

I could make it so that you only need 50% or 75% satisfaction before 9PM, but I believe that'd make the Dead Apostle a bit too OP (overpowered). I too have survived being a Dead Apostle, with plenty of RP and satisfaction to spare, without even killing a single soul, so lowering the satisfaction would make it way too easy to survive being the Dead Apostle. The point of the satisfaction for the killer (besides lore) is to force/add incentive to interaction between the killer and other players, so that they don't sit there doing nothing all round. It's to make the mode a bit more active, and every time I am the Dead Apostle, I have a great RP experience. And there is no true consequence if the killer doesn't do all of that, and ends up dying: There are three other roles to interact with each other, with the True Ancestor being the next target for the Burial Agency. I had all of this in mind with the creation of this mode (including balance, pros and cons to each role), and so I believe it is fine the way it is, for now. (Oh, and by the way, sometimes there's a twist: The Burial Agency Member has been the most antagonistic role, while the Dead Apostle has been the least antagonistic role [Kind of like Satsuki Yumizuka], plenty of times. Not everyone has to be a Michael Roa Valdamjong or Nrvnqsr [Nero] Chaos.)
