The way Glitch Mode works was literally made up all in my mind as I was making it. This is the third mode I've made in a serious manner. Sorta. The mode bears zero inspiration from anything.

THEME SONGS
Glitch (Tiara ft. Hatsune Miku - Sayonara)
GlitchB (Planty - Sayonara, Cover) (unavailable)
GlitchC (Tiara ft. Hatsune Miku & Planty - Sayonara, Mix) (unavailable)
GlitchD (Tiara ft. Hatsune Miku - Sayonara, Instrumental version)
Glitch Prequel (Tiara - Sayonara, Soleil Anniversary)
There are now different variants of the mode: GlitchB, GlitchC, Glitch Prequel and GlitchD/Glitch New.
GlitchB is basically the male version, GlitchC has two Glitches and Glitch Prequel re-tells the story of the 'Glitch massacre' mentioned in the lore. I consider Glitch New the 'vanilla' Glitch Mode as in this version, the Glitch has no forced icons or relations.
- Returned to the school as a Glitch to find her lover, they even ended up killing the teacher for finding out about her identity. According to widespread rumours, if one person's death involves the use of an electronic device, there is a chance they will be resurrected as a 'Glitch'. Glitches haven't made an actual appearance in at least fifteen years. Hunted by the DIS (Digital Intervention Squad), the Glitch still remains with their objective - finding their lover, of course and with the abilities they have as a Glitch, they're able to do so without any worry of the DIS by hiding their true form under her past-life looks.
Unfortunately, the trick won't last long...
Glitches, in time, would reform back to their real form and will also be able to use a weapon called a Glitch Gun.
The Lover (The Black Haired Boy or The Cream Haired Girl) (Glitch or GlitchB, respectively)
- Was still in mourning after their lover's 'death'. That night, they weren't able to do so. Something told them they couldn't give it up. How would they react once they met again after the months of disappearance?
The DIS Officer (The Grey Haired Officer (Glitch and Glitch C) and/or The Black Haired Officer (GlitchB and GlitchC))
- An officer that's never truly experienced in the elimination of Glitches, but only through simulations due to the lack of Glitch appearances since the first case, which was thirty decades ago involving a massacre performed by a single Glitch. This led many from the past days to believe Glitches are really just evil and dangerous until they became an urban myth, though the DIS, Digital Intervention Squad, was formed shortly after the massacre.
Will the officer succeed in eradicating the Glitch?
Once the Glitch is confirmed to be within the school premises by The System, the officer will be granted to wear a riot-like suit to fight against it. They will still be issued the revolver from the beginning, however.
The Glitch (The Girl with Headphones)
- Although a Glitch, she is able to use her abilities in a much more stable way than other Glitches and because of that, she is able to live a normal life again by hiding her form under her past looks.
hctilG ehT (The Boy with Earphones)
- Similar to the Glitch, he is able to use his abilities with stability and decided to go to school - with another purpose. Although he ended up having to kill a teacher here, his purpose is to meet the Glitch and warn her, that she is the one of the last Glitches to be found in Japan. (Or something like that. Also, he's kind of antagonistic.)

GLITCH MODE (including B and C)
The Glitch (The Cream Haired Girl or The Black Haired Boy) (Both if GlitchC)- Returned to the school as a Glitch to find her lover, they even ended up killing the teacher for finding out about her identity. GLITCH PREQUEL
Glitch Prequel takes place during the rise of Glitch cases or may even be one of the first Glitch cases so the actual Glitch popularity isn't as wide, but can be known of - meaning, not relatively many people could know about Glitches compared to Glitch Mode but this isn't enforced. The Glitch (The Girl with Headphones)
- Although a Glitch, she is able to use her abilities in a much more stable way than other Glitches and because of that, she is able to live a normal life again by hiding her form under her past looks.
hctilG ehT (The Boy with Earphones)

GLITCH NEW (GlitchD)
Glitch New is a special variant, it is similar to the first Glitch version, excluding any forced starting icons apart from the DIS officer role. At the point the Glitch loses their disguise, their whole physical self will turn into that static blue. As usual, the DIS officer will have their armor activated.
